1. They follow the biometric attendance system and if you forget then they will cut the salary of that day. 2. You dont go anywhere in the lunch timing if you found outside the office premises then your salary must be deducted. 3.There should be no breaks and all you get only 30 mins lunch time and your working timing must be 9 hrs. 4.You would not use your phones on your desk if you found guilty then your salary will deducted. 5.Atleast they dont have water facility, they use the ground water for drinking in which huge amount of iodine present there. 6.And the work environment is so poor they will abuse you if you dont give production on time. 7. If someone complains about anything wrong present in the management then they tries to cut his salary, and always they are trying to cut the salaries of the employees for no matter how they can.
