Pros
You work with a small group of individuals and get to know them better. You establish a relationship with them and learn how to work together as a team. It's not too corporate.
Cons
Company is not organized. Store plans are made very high. No one makes their 1% commission. It's nearly impossible. Hours they give you are horrible you come in for a 4-5 hour shift. The company has no marketing strategies. Quality of the product isn't good, when things broke or faded because it's not real silver and they have no quality control.
