- The company and it's leadership has ALWAYS supported me
- Have come a long way in the last year, good strides in improving culture
- Field leadership is getting on track. New Director of stores is making positive changes.
- HR team making good strides in policies, consistency and strategic initiatives
- LOVE the team I work with daily! They are amazing people and professionals.
Cons
- much needed investments in technology to improve field experience
- more budget (is there ever enough money to go around)
- WAY too much turnover
- Salaries and other compensation plans (bonuses and commission plans) are not as competitive as other companies that attract top talent. (although... this has improved a lot, too)
