Company doesn't market in the West, but expects you to bring them customers and sales. Their jewelry is plated and lacking quality, so there are a lot of product and client issues to resolve independently. The budget goals and expactations are preposterously high, so you never make commission. The employee discount is lower (40%) than the customer discount.(50% during bi annual sale and flash sales)
