Pros

ONLY if a career suicide is what you'd want, or if you are applying for higher management posts, you can have the perfect retirement position ever on this island - NATO and collect salary.

Cons

Poor HR policies governing this place, breeds bootlicking culture and brain drain. Management has no clue what is relevant in today's world. Credit snatching is prevalent and in broad daylight. Worst communication channel from management to staff, with no idea nor plan, and zero leadership to motivate nor train up staff. Basically a headless chicken of a company. Zero emphasis on welfare and team morale. Stepping stone for real talents, though be warned, simply by having this company on your resume destroys your career prospects. Poorest compensation as well, furthest from being competitive. Culture is very very toxic, if you do not believe, you are welcome to join and see for yourself.

Pros

A place that can help you sharpen leadership and entrepreneurial skills in a fast-paced environment. There is a strong emphasis on learning how to communicate effectively with senior management and how to “tell the story” of your work in a compelling way. If you are a Senior Director, working hours can be highly flexible and you can come in after lunch or not at all, particularly in sales, where attendance is often loosely structured and schedules may vary. There is also a noticeable focus on workplace optics and perception management, including practices such as timing communications to align with expectations of dedication and effort, a good example is to set your email to send out late at night or after midnight. At the same time, investment and operational teams tend to follow more structured office hours due to the nature of trading and operational requirements. Overall, the environment combines flexibility in some functions with more rigid demands in others, depending on seniority and business needs.

Cons

Very understanding senior management, especially towards sales, as evident in the flexibility in working times. Even when clients complain, CMO will protect the sales person as they work very hard late at night. So no cons, perfect company to work for.
