Growing fast! Everyone cares a lot about navigating the complexities of providing care to patients in the modern healthcare system. We tried to bring as much in-house as possible to create a smooth integrated system to manage people, not just individual specialty treatments. Diverse personnel.
Cons
Significant growing pains. Executive leadership struggled to maintain a consistent vision + strategy and to hire managers with a similar vision into the right positions at the right time. Struggled to unify everyone across different locations and specialties.
