      Great office and infrastructure. Work life balance. Good CHRO

      Cons

      Very political. High favouritism. Appraisal cycles are horrible and manipulative. Appraisal system sucks and is modified based on favourite team member.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
