      Pros

      I am working in UPL from Past 11 years and i feel in these years like a standard MNC to work for, is ethical, has a decent culture and focuses a lot on employee training. Also gives decent opportunities to grow.

      Software which are in use needs simplification .

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.

      Some days were really slow with no real involvement in activities
