Co Workers Doctors we work for are genuine good people and treat you like equals. If it were up to the doctors, we'd make a livable wage.
Cons
Unfortunately, what you make is up to UPMC though, not how good or bad of a job the employee does, so you will more than likely have a lower hourly rate than what one needs to live in the city of Pittsburgh ... (MIT data survey : single adult, no children, basic livable minimum hourly wage is $22.21)
