      The other aides you're in the trenches with.

      Cons

      Management/administration. No one knows how to communicate, leading to big issues that could have easily been avoided. They also play favorites so there are different rules for different people, creating a hostile and toxic work environment

      Good pay, benefits, work environment, employee engagement and work /life balance

      Cons

      Honestly, I don't have a bad thing to say. I've only had good experiences at UPMC. My only complaint is that the cafeteria food is not vegetarian or ethnic food friendly. It's just basic options.

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Cons

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
