      Diverse array of pts, mostly friendly workers/staff

      Cons

      Poor management (not personal/cold), I was also, as a soon to be RN, disappointed to see some of the current staff nurses acting unprofessionally, unsafely, complaining about pts or having to come to work (guess what, they don't want to be in the hospital either).

      Typical large healthcare organization. Affordable care act ruined healthcare so its more about making money because it has become more of a business than care.
