Pros
Great salary and benefits. Clearly works to be the best in the industry. Philosophy to improve the health of our members makes financial sense.
Cons
Organization would benefit from strategic planning and focusing on a few initiatives at a time. I feel that we would get more accomplished if we weren't trying to do everything at once. There are also one or two senior leaders that do not embrace the values of the organization, namely respect.
