      I work alongside some great people

      They really don't care about us-the nurses. They are offering sign-on bonuses for RN's new to UPMC. We have lost more than half of our staff in the last year. Us Nurses are finally deciding we don't have to take it anymore. They keep mentioning a "loyalty bonus" but I'll believe it when I see it.
