      CEO Leslie Davis has been questioned about her frequent use of company jet to where she owns multiple vacation homes, her $12 million salary is not justified, UPMC paid over $12 million to former CEO after retirement. The hard working employees who actually know what is going on in the hospitals get paid measly rates when compared to national averages with small annual pay increases

      Typical large healthcare organization. Affordable care act ruined healthcare so its more about making money because it has become more of a business than care.

      They try to create a culture of inclusion, dignity and respect The PTO is great The hours of work are fair Health insurance is reasonable

      Short- staffed Some roles are union which makes it hard to remove employees who are not contributing Many supervisors manage their family
