My experience with the company lasted 4 months. The founder contacted me to build a product as a copy cat model of Charity Miles. Since there was no initial investment and he seemed as a reliable person we agreed I would stay 4 months with no salary and compensated through shares for 8% of the initial value of the company. During 4 months we worked to launch the IOS, Android and web applications. His continuous changes of directions, scope of work and the fact he did not pay the external software developers for their work made me left the company. By the time I left his initial CTO and cofounder had left the company. Also, the mislead me by promising 8% shares in the company with a vesting period of 3 years, clause he did not mention on the gentlemen agreement we agreed before signing the contract. I don't think he is a legitimate entrepreneur. His lack of values and the way he uses people seemed unacceptable to me.
