Pros
First of all working in a public company is always a plus for your resume. Hours are not strict, depending who your boss is, there is working from home opportunity. Overall the offices are nice, compensation is decent as well. There are also very nice and friendly people.
Cons
If you are an ambitious person and want to grow in your career, this may not be the place for you unless you are lucky and one of the very few people who becomes upper management's favorite person and next thing you know - you are promoted to a higher position. If this is not the case, people will forget about you even though you do your best. Upper Management is busy with their politics, how to please the board of directors and how to keep the stock price high. Mid management is busy to blame each other who failed what. Mid level people who are actually having things done can be ignored and left out. Benefits are basic, nothing super exciting. No perks. No team building activities.
