Teams are consistently pushed beyond sustainable capacity, and concerns around workload and support are largely dismissed, often in favor of protecting leadership incentives. Output is prioritized over employee well-being, driving burnout and turnover. Work-life balance is not supported and may be penalized when boundaries are set.
