Pros

This is an ethical company whom is customer focused and treat employees with respect. Compensation is very fair and training, support, and tools are excellent. Flexible scheduling allows you to set your work hours and get your work finished in the time necessary.

Cons

You work at least 6 days a week as a Territory Manager. You don't have holidays off unless you are on vacation - our company is only technically closed on Sunday's, Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving. You do work on Sunday if you have customers placing orders for a Monday delivery. The upside to this is you work from a home office so you can be at home while you work on these days.

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
