      Pros

      You can make more money but is it worth it?

      Cons

      They pay you more so they can slave drive you and you won't quit. The extra money is a curse because no one will want you at that rate. Plus at the end of the day you will want your life back. Work is tedious and an hour seems like 8 hours. Plus if you are not a top performer they target you until you quit. Once you are in there is no where to go and no growth opportunity.

      Cons

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
