Pros
A little above average pay, but TONS of hours. They work you to the max legal hours. 12 hours a day and 14 hours once a week. When you run out of hours to drive, they will send you a driver with available hours to drive your truck and you get to keep working past the legal limit because you are not driving.
Cons
I usually got 5 hours of sleep a night. Work weekends, and holidays. They say you don't work Christmas, but schedule you to work at 3:00 a.m. the next day so you spend Christmas sleeping. You can't travel for Christmas or any holiday because you are stuck at home sleeping. You also have to work the day before and the day after a holiday to get holiday pay. Impossible to get a day off. They even try to pay/buy your P.T.O. so you never have a day off. Very weak P.T.O. offering to begin with. At any given time there is a dozen injured guys sitting around in the cafeteria on light duty / workers' comp. Brutal and dangerous job. It also doesn't matter if you have health insurance because you will never get to the doctor, dentist, etc.
