Nothing but a good ole' boys club at the core. Massively lacking in diversity, especially in leadership. Openness to diverse candidates is hit or miss depending on the area/manager/department, some are much more hostile than others. Leadership is chosen based on popularity within the club which in turn leads to most leadership being massively unqualified. Sales is where this is most extreme. It creates a stagnant pool of ideas & ways of doing things. No problems are ever actually fixed, more of a keep throwing the same stuff at the wall and see what sticks type of place. Aggressive culture/relationship between departments in certain markets, not a very collaborative environment. Different departments have little to no understanding of one another which leads to the tension. Not a learning-friendly environment as communication between departments is hostile at times. Can't blame them as communication in general here is HORRIBLE. Leadership will play dumb most of the time meaning you are solely responsible for learning about & understanding any and all corporate communications/changes. If you're in the trenches or not in the good ole boys club, expect to do most of the work and receive none of the credit. Expect to get the blame for the popular people/departments incompetence & mistakes,
