      Opportunity for growth is good ,

      The ability to manage life work balance is upside down once again to accomplish growth and salary like you used to be able to is a huge battle. They definitely have stripped Out the ability to maintain a higher income once you have accomplished massive growth.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
