      Pros

      Work life balance reasonable. Products good.

      Cons

      Many jobs shipped overseas. Hard to communicate for quick responses and help. Pay structure confusing and unattainable. Growth numbers expected didn't match system. Expected prices are unfair to the customers, and pay to TM is dependent on 85% of customers being at high targets.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
