Some organizations are led and staffed by employees that are not qualified to perform their duties, it's too much about relationships and not knowledge, skills, and abilities. This is exacerbated by developing technology that is not well understood and in turn is not deployed or not deployed correctly. This results in missed opportunities, inefficiencies, and low moral for those who have things to contribute but are stifled.
