Pros
Get to work outside most everyday. Super friendly staff. Don't have to deal with the public for the most part. Scheduling is very flexible (sick days/time off requests) Get all the holidays off.
Cons
Seasonal layoff so work is only 6-7 months out of the year. The pay is low, but the job is great, it's a trade off.
