Federal Work is more relaxed as an organization and people who work in the Forest Service do it for the relationship with the environment and communities.
Cons
The Forest Service has faced critical cuts and with cost of living increasing wages are not commensurate with private jobs given the education of the labor force or risks placed upon the employees.
