      Quitting this company was a PRO!! The other inspectors were great...Thats about it.

      Cons

      Management has sabotaged the company. Long standing inspectors have mostly left to join a larger, better nation wide home inspection company with higher commission, better health care, etc

      The reporting software is the best in the industry. I complete my reports onsite. I no longer have to write reports when I return home.

      Growing company that needs time to reach their goals and a reliable team to help. Tough market right now.
