Pros

None at all. Red flags.

Cons

* It is basically “IBEX Pro Max” same type of work, just marketed differently. * The role is very similar to IBEX, except instead of handling 2 customers/clients, you will be dealing with 4 and sometimes more. * Growth opportunities are very limited. * Internal opportunities appear to be given mostly to people with strong connections in management or close relationships with seniors. * The workplace culture can feel unprofessional and overly performative at times. * Managing namaz/prayer timings can be difficult because breaks are controlled strictly, and most people do not prioritize prayer breaks. * It can be a decent option if your goal is to earn money for a short period. * However, be careful about the salary claim. They may advertise PKR 150,000, but the actual starting package is closer to PKR 125,000, plus around PKR 3,000 Vendi and PKR 12,000 Foodpanda. * During probation, they can let you go without any notice or clear justification, and the workplace favors female employees in terms of treatment and opportunities. * Would give negative stars if I could.

Pros

Free meals, unlimited PTO (no questions asked), good banter with coworkers.

Cons

Leadership is very unprofessional and that makes its way downstream to the lower levels of the hierarchy. Each week, it seemed like the CEO would pick a new team to pick on and yell at in front of the whole office for seemingly no reason. Constantly felt like I was going to be laid off at any moment because he was always making comments about how we were wasting money paying certain employees. Pretty much every weekend we would receive angry Slack messages from him about something that could have waited until Monday. I understand that this is typical of a start-up, but there is also not a lot of real direction on projects so you kind of have to make your own work. Ultimately it was just not a very pleasant environment to be in lol.
