Pros

Coworkers are the best part working here. Mainly college students and young adults. Flexible hours. Decent pay for easy work. Some programs they offer are fun sometimes.

Cons

It can get boring real fast. No job growth, you're pretty much stuck where you at. Only way to advance is to apply for the position, which I think is really stupid for not promoting from within. Just go ahead hire an outsider who doesn't know how the program works. Part of no job growth, there's no advance training to help you apply for higher positions. Managers seem to only care if the program making money, doesn't seem to care about their employees. Manager tends to give more responsibility to you with no pay increase.

Pros

The smaller facility was great for building relationships with patrons.

Cons

No room for growth, limited opportunities. Management styles are a bit chaotic and clash often, and seem to have a hard time keeping up with staff turnover and program organization.
