      There are no pros because this company is not a staffing agency.

      Cons

      This company is a scam. They email you, you send back your consent to work for them, & then you never hear from them again. All of the employees/recruiters are outsourced meaning they all work in India. They never answer during normal business hours nor do they respond to emails. This company is a scam. They contact people and get their consent just to keep up with numbers. This company is a front for something else...illegal perhaps?

      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience.The process was smooth, professional, and well organized from start to finish. Vidhya Pandita was especially helpful throughout the process. She stayed in communication, answered questions quickly, and made sure I understood each step of onboarding. Her professionalism and responsiveness made the transition into my new role much easier. Overall, the team has been supportive and efficient, and I appreciate the positive experience I’ve had working with US Tech Solutions. I would definitely recommend them to other professionals looking for opportunities.
