Pros
The culture and salary as a whole is good. There is also a parking garage for employees, gym, deli and a Starbucks close by which is convenient for afternoon meetings.
Cons
I would agree with the poster above that it can be a great experience or bad depending on your direct manager and team. My experience was not a good one, but I still have friends that are currently there in other departments and are happy to be so.
