One of the recruiting pitches to me was "annual 3% raises built in to the contract" and that has never happened. Across the board we have seen 1%, 0.5%, and 0.0% raises for the past three years. Annual increases have not matched inflation rates (CPI 2.5% ave), in effect, the workers are making less today than several years ago, comparatively. USfalcon's 401K is weaker than competitors ($.50 matching for every $1 --i.e. if employees invest up to 6%, USfalcon will contribute 3%). The next thing could be a pro or con, depending on your personality and career goals. There are no opportunities for advancement for direct labor -- the position you're hired for today is the same position & pay you'll be in five years from now, unless you change jobs. For example, if you are hired to be a Widget Analyst III, you won't advance to a Widget Analyst IV, no matter how much experience you get.
