- For a completely remote role, I am genuinely impressed with how well I get to know my team (culture events, town halls, and education series are amazing) - My team is extremely kind and understanding - Clients are top tier - smart individuals, who understand digital marketing already - Weekly sprints keep you in constant contact with your clients communicating via slack - which cuts down on boring back and forth emails that I've traditionally experienced - Remote work makes traveling easy - Creative, Development, and Campaign management support helps me focus on real strategy for the client

- At the moment, there are no medical benefits associated with the job - If you are US based, you are technically a W-9 contractor - so your taxes are roughly 15% higher than W-2 status employees

An engaged and engaging team. Wonderful people. Fully remote. Taking ownership and having autonomy encouraged. Genuine care and focus on work-life balance. Colleagues so great that it's a pity they're spread across the world and thus, more difficult to meet in person.
