      Pros

      Coworkers are great, until you get higher and higher into management

      Cons

      All this place does it try to control people. You can't even attend a virtual meeting with your camera off without being yelled at (how is that inclusive?). If you share an opinion that goes against the norm or challenge the way something is done, you will face consequences. Don't even share your personal feelings. Stop making tiny little things or comments or opinions into big deals, and actually listen to what people have to say instead of finding a way to dismiss it.
