Pros

In a dying software category there isnt much benefit apart from a high base salary.

Cons

Money isn't everything - the company is plagued with toxic leadership, high churn, and stagnating innovation and product culture. There is significant mess in management and definitely no strategy. If you join this company expect there to be little gains apart from your paycheck. There is more to life than the paycheck.

Team gave many different tasks to work on; were considerate of skills and interests. Kind people, good work culture, and amazing office snacks :)))

Cons

The absolute most abysmal Customer Success Leadership in the Industry. No formal onboarding for a program over 6 years in flight. Former CS leader dropping F bombs on town halls, fumbling through a disarray of clumsy slides month over month with changing priorities and go to market initiatives. New CS Leader kicks off the Fiscal Year talking about themself first, versus listening and understanding the current state. And follows up unable to address concerns raised on a town hall about misalignment between Sales & CS. It’s only going to get worse. Day to day riddled with every collaboration tool in production between Sales & CS, adding to no standardization and further communication breakdown. Zero cohesion & partnership within CS cross Industry, Siloed with brick walls between. Silent RIFs and PIPs are a reality.
