Pros
I came from a media sales background, which was ideal for UA, as that was the rest of the team's background. They understood the industry, they had great connections, and worked on really interesting recruitment projects for some of the biggest names in media. - Exciting start-up environment - Lovely team - Great perks - Fantastic commission incentives - Brillant client base
Cons
I honestly can't think of any cons. The beauty of being part of a smaller team and working so closely with the founders, is that you have a direct influence on the company's direction. If you didn't like something, then Matt and James would do what they could to change it.
