Pros
UA is a great place to work if you have drive, passion and an interest in the roles and businesses that you're recruiting for! The team is small but everyone gets on well - and you get out what you put in. Management is encouraging and motivating, offering advice when necessary but letting you get on with it and forge your own way. You're accountable for your own success and if you do well, the rewards are huge! The commission structure is unrivalled, and the additional incentives are excellent too - ski trips, summer weekends away, activity days, Cannes, dmexco/other conferences abroad, Christmas and summer parties. You're encouraged to entertain clients and candidates, and you can make really good relationships with both. The office is fun, obviously with a jovial competitive nature, and there are lots of opportunities to build your career - if you have an idea and can prove why you think it's good, you're encouraged to run with it. You're not expected to work ridiculous hours but you are expected to work hard int he hours you're there! They have huge global plans - exciting to be a part of.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like you're never really on holiday even if you are - the nature of the beast really.
