Great infrastructure to allow consultants to become experts in Media, leveraging off each other's in-depth knowledge of the space (stemming form having senior ex-media industry professionals in senior positions here). Training from a recruitment perspective is also top notch with all the combined years of experience and knowledge being shared across the team in a highly collaborative office! Fantastic culture, fun loving and very social, both with the team but also getting out and meeting candidates and clients, which is actively encouraged! V rewarding commission structure for when you're doing well! Fantastic team work ethic and family like atmosphere! + great location! Company has a great reputation allowing you to have the clout to go out and work with some of the biggest names/brands in media! Great opportunity to leverage off the company's past and present successes! It's a high paced, high thrill, all action role - particularly if you embrace it and immerse yourself in media and recruitment!
Cons
UA is a smaller/mid size company, therefore it lacks some of the infrastructure or capabilities of a much larger organisation, which has its pros and cons, but they are certainly aiming to change that with global expansion, which was emphasised by our first ever global summit in Dubai this year!
