      Everything else! They treat their people like door mats and speak to them like they are sub human. The owner uses his wife as a beard for the women owned when in fact it’s not. The owner is passive aggressive, rude and condensending.

      Free lunch once a month, some co workers are fun, learned a lot

      Cons

      Absolutely no training or guidance when you start, no appreciation of employees, not flexible with life outside the workplace.
