Transparent communication re. short + long term company goals is continuously provided from the leadership team. Positive, respectful, and collaborative working environment. I feel comfortable expressing my ideas, suggestions, and concerns. I feel like every role has a "space" at the UnDigital round table and they are aware of that. Competitive compensation + benefits + teleworking + unlimited time-off policy. My boss has encouraged me to take the time-off that I need to support my personal obligations. I feel that my strengths are being utilized and I feel challenged in my current role. I am encouraged to cross-train and gain knowledge in other department areas. My boss (c-suite exec) is supportive and constantly asks if there is anything they can do to support me in my role. The leadership team doesn't micro-manage and provides team members with trust and autonomy. My colleagues are great and super supportive. I also get to have a lot of exposure to the product & engineering side of the house. Teams are not siloed like I have experienced at other companies. Leadership is engaged and humble vs. being aloof and unresponsive like I have experienced at other companies. The project management + communication tools and platforms I have asked to implement have all been granted with quick turnaround times. I really like the CEO - he is down to earth, a thought leader, hands-on, and always asks for feedback from individual team members to improve operational processes. He shares his vision and goals with the whole team during the daily standup meeting. The degree of leadership transparency he displays is motivating and refreshing. The company is always hiring and I admire that culture fit definitely seems to play an important role in the types of people that work here. Feedback is provided constructively and on a regular basis. I feel like the leadership team genuinely wants me to be successful in my role. I feel proud to come to work everyday and I am grateful to be working for a SaaS company like UnDigital. Choosing to work at UnDigital was the best move I could have made for my career, my work/life balance as a working parent, and for my long-term career goals.

Currently there are not any females in management roles. As a technology company, gender diversity, especially in leadership is important. The company only recognizes a handful of company holidays despite team members having unlimited time-off. There aren't many opportunities to physically interact with colleagues since it is a fully remote company. It would be nice to have some team-building events. Benefit plans don't currently start on the first of the month following your date of hire. There is a short waiting period.
