Pros

Employees and clients. Few clients are genuine and great people and the staff works like bots night and day to keep the company up and running while the CEO thinks that all her employees are non performers

Cons

Where shall I begin? Almost everything the CEO, Rushi Ahuja, says is a lie. She is a compulsive liar, and turns her own team members against each other. All she cares about is the revenue generation and will go to any disgusting limits for that. Case in point, Unshaadi is supposed to have a strict onboarding process where only open minded individuals are allowed to be a part of the process. However, she goes ahead and onboards anyone, including onboarding any people with patriarchal thoughts, uncivilized behavior or someone with any kind of unreasonable preferences as. Then she bars them from the program after 2-3 dates claiming ‘unbecoming’ behaviour. Something that was notable from the start. She claims that there are over 2000 active members in all operational cities i.e. Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh, but the fact is she constantly lies about this without any guilt. The actual numbers are way less. There is absolutely no background check done. No one knows if you are meeting someone with a criminal record or not. The company has no defined performance matrix hence all employees are always underperformers. The company offers outstanding facilities like no drinking water, no air-conditioning, no electricity backup, lack of security and filthy washrooms. The company has no leave policy and the week-offs and holidays change according to the CEO's vims and fantasies. The CEO has no sense of boundaries, she can call you anytime be it late hours or your single day off and expects you to follow orders. Although the office timings are 12-9 PM, she will make you work till any hour on the clock and expect you to be okay with it. Not to forget that there is no cab or travel provided by the company, no matter how late it gets(which is illegal, especially considering the majority of the company's employees are women). She is excellent at ghosting on her own employees be it current or former. The company has no formal functioning or departments in place. There are no more than 3-4 employees at one particular time. 3 people are responsible for managing HR, counselling, finance, legal, sales, operations, customer service and management. Rushi also doesn't mind using ex-employees names and emails after they have left the company to communicate with clients in the most aggressive manner. ‘Aditi’ is one such employee.

Pros

Unshaadi was my 2nd job and I hope to work here for 5 years. Company culture is very inclusive and CEO Rushi is very hands-on and approachable

Cons

Some team members are too much into office politics but I'm sure they will be gone soon.
