Pros
Product has evolved and become complete however this has taken too long (many years) and even now the strain on the business units to provide new extensions, functionality, and whitepapers is showing. They should have evolved the product past current client expectations to meet new client needs years ago.
Cons
Marketing and materials are limited, to say the least. The marketing team has killed many years of opportunities by not building brand awareness and marketplace recognition. Where are the Gartner or Forrester magic quadrant ratings or even mentions? This company has been asleep at the wheel for many years perhaps and is now trying to revive its fortunes. It must be asked also why so many people have left in 2021?
