Pros
Benefits and work/life balance at the time of my employment. These will likely change as the company continues to struggle. Mostly you are left to yourself and I was not micro-managed. Company culture was a strong point in the past, this also changed with a massive amount of employee churn.
Cons
No direction, terrible leadership. Stone Age product, no respect for employees. Little to no focus on customer feedback. Hollow promises of professional development. I'd rather scrub toilets than work at Unbounce again
