Benefits, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Company Matching Retirement, Very Flexible for time off as a salary employee. Owner and Wife run the place. They help out and care a lot about their employees. Helped me several times with a pay advance and other bonuses.
Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. I usually don't leave reviews like this. But they are beating up a great company. I have worked here several years now. Lets just say if you do your job and don't goof off like they did, you will like your job here and get bonuses. We usually get a bonus every year a Christmas time and I have been given a bonus here or there as well. Also, very family owned and feel like part of the team. The owner's wife makes us a big meal every year around Christmas time and we all go to their house for food, fun and games. Also, they feed us for everyone's birthdays and here and there as well.
Cons
Not really much, They pay better than the other shops in the area. As always with any company there is room for improvement. Not saying they are perfect, but a great company to work for.
