      Pros

      Unbound is an amazing place to work. Strong mission, vision, and leadership. Incredibly impact doing really important work. Great benefits and truly strive to treat employees with respect investing in people and their growth. I have referred multiple friends to work here and will continue to do so. :)

      Pros

      Fantastic culture with a huge value on people. Strong work life balance and the hybrid schedule is very convenient. Organization has a great vision and it's easy to feel good about the work you are doing when working here.

      Cons

      Because it's a nonprofit, pay will not be as high as working in a corporate setting. Great benefits help outweigh this though.
