Pros
The staff culture at RPC is unbeatable. I feel like I come to work every day with friends and have a whole team of people to collaborate with. On the long days, the joy and teamwork that our staff culture brings makes everything worth it.
Cons
Work hours are long and the to-do lists can be overwhelming. Our mission to help every student to and through college is wonderful and inspiring, but the steps that go into doing that each and every day can cause a lot of stress.
