Pros
Lots of momentum in the company, especially on my account which is the agency's biggest. Lots of young, energetic and friendly people.
Cons
We're small and up and coming, meaning we sometimes don't throw our weight around as much as we could...especially with inter-agency relationships. Essentially, I think we have the opportunity to stand up for ourselves a bit more as we have the performance to back it up as an agency!
Needs more direction from senior levels within account team, especially. Upper management seems to deal with big conversations and it doesn't trickle down, occasionally leaving us without strong leadership.
Benefits aren't amazing, but normal for a small agency. They are improving.
