One may see this as a negative thing, but the company knows and acknowledges the issues and is trying hard to change things for the better. The company is growing from a small startup that said yes to every single client request, while desperately trying to get users at any cost, to a properly established product-oriented company. This type of change is not an easy thing to do as it takes a massive amount of willpower to accomplish the smallest change. Of course, this also means things are far from perfect and it can get frustrating pretty easily. But as changes keep coming, the products start to get better, new ideas start to take shape, etc, you can see the real potential we have. I believe this company can offer people a unique opportunity to make an impact, apply their expertise, grow, and learn, something that I value quite a lot!
