- HR doesn't enforce standards to BU directors although set on paper
- Appraisal process has loop holes that are taken advantage of when managers don't favour subordinate
- Unless you are in clans, you are not favoured regardless of your qualities
- Although channels seem to be open for escalating issues, HR wash their hands and don't confront department leaders
