Flat and uninspiring - Anonymous UniHomes Employee Review

It’s a boring place to work. There isn’t much going on. No real direction or energy. Lots of sales people joining, but it’s messy behind the scenes. Unihomes has an issue with hiring and retaining engineers. It’s a real problem and it’s slowing down innovation. Pretty bad for a which means innovation.
